This small group will deliver you a BIG impact

Starting in December 2026, I’m bringing together 12 UK MSPs for a year of transformation.

There are three parts to this.

Part 1:
Set yourself a HUGE goal for 2027

Our first session is before Christmas for a specific reason. I want you to come into the room with something you’re itching to achieve in 2027.

It could be a turnover or profit goal. Or maybe about working yourself out of the business. Or just getting your technical delivery sorted out for good.

Whatever it is, that huge goal will set the context of the work we do together. Me and your new peers will help keep you focused on that goal, eliminating the problems that are holding you back.

Part 2:
Meet in person, every month, for 12 months

We’ll meet in person 12 times, each time enjoying an intensive group day (including an optional dinner in the evening). You’ll get time to dig into your specific business challenges, with the firepower of the group ready to help you.

That’s why I only allow 12 MSPs in this group. So everyone gets plenty of time to think, talk and act.

As the year progresses, you’ll start sharing what you actually got done since last time. The group doesn’t change; it’s the same people every time. So everyone will know what you promised to tackle, and they'll hold you accountable (in a positive way).

You'll confidentially discuss your current headaches and get practical feedback from people facing similar challenges as you.

This is a premium experience. I want you to regularly enjoy time away from your staff, clients and day to day hassles… focusing on improving your marketing, sales, operations and growing your MSP.

Where and when we will meet

The meetings happen at the Leonardo hotel in Milton Keynes. Lunch is included, and there’s an optional group dinner at the end of the day. You just need to book your hotel room if you’re staying over (there are plenty of hotels to choose from, at all budgets).

You can bring members of your team for a small additional fee to cover the meeting room & lunch costs.

These are the dates (add them to your calendar with a single click). Meetings run 10am to 6pm, followed by an optional group dinner.

Part 3:
Daily access to me and your new peers by WhatsApp

We’ll be in a group together. I check my Business WhatsApp twice every weekday, so you’ll always have timely access to me.
